At 50, Ciara faced a midlife reset. Today, she splits her time as a business fixer with speaking, and coach/ mentor - with a strong focus on middle managers, whom she calls the “forgotten middle” of businesses today. Through her own inner journey, she realised the same frameworks she used to grow businesses could be applied to personal growth. In turn, she believes businesses would benefit from doing their own “inner work” rather than looking outside for answers.
