Leveraging the 7-pillar methodology, the regional team witnessed remarkable growth from $2.5 million to over $100 million in just four years, achieved through the transformation of marketing teams, successful brand integration during six acquisitions, innovative sales processes, customer advocacy programs, and the development of a global channel marketing strategy.


Team Transformation: Transformed marketing personnel across diverse disciplines, fostering exceptional teams and achieving a positive global impact. Coach and mentor for developing potential marketing leaders coming through within global marketing function. The team expanded from three to over 30 members across four countries in just four years.


M&A: Aligned with PE ownership, led brand integration for six acquisitions and shaping Go-to-Market strategies.


Brand & Strategy: Established and localised the regional 'Brand'. Drove awareness, intelligence, and market expansion. Recruited and on boarded six regional PR teams in six countries to drive brand awareness based around key global messages.  


Driving Innovation: Revamped internal sales processes, and introduced a customer advocacy program, resulting in a 6-point NPS increase. Worked on market entry programs for France, Asia and eCommerce,


Demand Generation: Created demand gen framework to support and align with aggressive sales targets and consistently exceeded revenue based marketing targets. Pioneered a global Channel marketing program. 


Challenge

At a US-based Global Fintech SaaS company,  PE owned firm, experiencing rapid growth through acquisitions. Prompting need for an experienced hand to transform marketing.
