Driven by my 7-pillar methodology, the transformational journey established the marketing department from scratch, encompassing strategy development, brand narrative creation, content generation, team building, demand generation program setup, process implementation, and metric evaluation.
Transformation: Restructured and provided training for a team of 5 in the Philippines with no prior marketing experience or guidance. Successfully hired a global team based in 3 geographies: US, UK, and AU. Conducted reviews of all existing agencies and recruited new ones to scale operations.
Streamlined Processes: Implemented standardised processes, including ISO compliance. Developed metrics, measurements, and a scorecard while collaborating with the sales team on lead qualification processes. Revamped the CRM system with agency support to enhance data collection for effective lead tracking and measurement. Established a marketing framework, budget plan, and tracker.
Brand & Strategy Enhancement: Crafted a compelling brand story and defined the target audience. Determined positioning and content strategy. Designed a new website in line with GA4 changes (not yet live). Recruited and onboarded a global PR agency, serving a dual purpose of raising awareness and preparing for M&A. Expertly managed crisis communications.
